In May
2005, the company Team Castle Ltd. was formed with a vision
to introduce to Hong Kong & the rest of Asia, a new
and unique style of baked goods with a Mediterranean flavor.
Six years on, their dream has resulted in
PitaBoon
products being enjoyed by customers all over Hong Kong from
major supermarkets, restaurants and hotels to leading catering
companies, clubs and exclusive specialty food stores.
All
PitaBoon products are produced
in the Team Castle factory in Chai Wan, Hong Kong and delivered
fresh to customers every morning.
As a service to the community, any excess stock from the
daily production is stored and then donated to local charities.
At present, the company is looking to expand operations
by bringing the popular
PitaBoon
line to China and Taiwan as well as other markets in Asia.
PitaBoon is an authentic bakery
with a Mediterranean influence. Our wide variety of products
has
proven to be a popular choice among customers throughout
Hong Kong.
The range includes Pita Bread, Stuffed Pita Bread (“Sambusac”)
in different flavors, Seasoned Pita Breads, and Light Pita
Bread. For the health conscious, a number of our breads
can be made with whole-wheat flour.
Many of our
PitaBoon products
are also available with Kosher Certificates.
To ensure the highest quality, all of our breads are baked
fresh every morning using the finest ingredients with no
additives or preservatives. We maintain stringent quality
control measures to guarantee that our products arrive in
perfect condition.
